For today's Geo Quiz we were looking for a Colorado town about 170 miles west of Denver. The answer is Carbondale. The town is home to a growing number of Latino immigrants. They've found a haven at a local business called Garcia's Café. Reporter Sarah Hughes dropped by Garcia's Café on a recent afternoon, and sent us this report.

Listen US Mexico border fence (5:00)

US plans for a 700-mile fence along the US-Mexico border have hit a snag in Brownsville, Texas. Dozens of property owners there are refusing to open their land to surveying by the Department of Homeland Security. Yesterday a judge ordered ten of those property owners to cooperate. Meanwhile, other landowners in Brownsville can't wait for the fence to be built. Correspondent Will Everett has the story.

The World's Lorne Matalon reports that Cubans who flee their island for the United States are trying a new route: through Mexico. Mexican authorities fear a mass exodus of Cubans coming through in coming years.
